"We Are All Newbies of Life 我們都在練習人生" believes that Cantopop music is an effective tool for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) among students. Since 2024, it has promoted emotional expression, self-identity and interpersonal connections through listening, creating, and sharing Cantopop music. The initiative aims to foster a caring and empathetic campus culture. Additionally, the programme will conduct effectiveness research and assessments to provide empirical evidence for promoting SEL through Cantonese songs in schools.

Launched in 2024 under the Chinese title "我們都是第一次做人", the programme returns in 2025 with "我們都在練習人生" encapsulating the essence of our mission. It serves as a reminder that, regardless of age or background, we are all practising, learning, and growing together. Music remains our shared language, enabling us to compose and perform our ever-evolving life songs.
